Terms of service

By using this website or the TableTalk service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a restaurant, you confirm that you are allowed to agree to them on that restaurant's behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TableTalk lets guests scan a QR code at the table, order and pay from their phone, and lets restaurant staff run the floor from one screen. Features depend on the plan you choose.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or pause parts of it from time to time.

A demo is free, with no cost and no commitment. Booking one does not sign you up for a paid plan. You only become a customer when you agree to a plan with us.

• Give us accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• Keep your menu, prices and opening details correct. They are your responsibility.
• Use the service lawfully, and do not misuse, copy, disrupt or try to break into it.
• Make sure your staff use the service properly. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as shown on our plans and agreed with you when you sign up. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change applies to you.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, if any, are agreed with our team in writing.

Payments that guests make to your restaurant, whether cash or card, are between the guest and the restaurant. Staff record them in the portal. TableTalk does not take part in or guarantee those payments.

Your restaurant's menu and order information stays yours. You allow us to store and process it so we can provide the service. How we handle personal details is explained in our privacy policy.

The TableTalk name, logo, software and website content belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service while you are a customer, and nothing more.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profit or indirect loss caused by using the service or by it being unavailable. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using it at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
